We are almost getting to the end of the first year! We recently submitted RPPR report which included progress on implementation as well as finance reporting as at the end of June 2017. We still have to spend and account for the period July to August and as such budget projections on spending were made for the said period (end of year 1). Please submit invoices for the same period to allow for a smooth closure of the year one of the project. The coordination office will also be consulting you in the coming weeks to discuss and document progress with deliverables (referencing M&E milestones).
