1. The Conquer Cancer Foundation (CCF) of ASCO is now accepting applications for the inaugural 2018 Global Oncology Young Investigator Award (YIA). The Global Oncology YIA is a one-year grant that provides research funding to early-career investigators to encourage and promote quality research in global oncology and to develop the next generation of researchers to address global health needs. UNESCO-Merck Africa Research Summit – MARS aims to bring together researchers from across Africa to discuss the generation, sharing and dissemination of research data and prepare the road ahead in Africa’s development as an international hub for research excellence and scientific innovation.
